Yoga for kids
The class introduces the children to Yoga with simple, general Yoga postures and movements.
Based on the movements which focus on the body balance and breathing technique, the class affects the concentration ability of the kids, especially those who have distraction from studying.
The stretching movements which help the body flexible and focus on some parts such as back, hip, shoulders, legs along with instructions for proper breathing techniques will improve body shape and flexibility for kids.

Group X for kids with 2 groups: Bug Class (4 – 6 years old) & Butterfly Class (7 – 12 years old)
Classes are specially designed to help children to develop soft skills such as teamwork and self – confidence with group activities, to learn how to adapt to different exercises and personalities.
I – Dance: Improving confidence, music intuition and social skills
The dancing parties with exciting music and friends in the class will dispel the kids’ timidity and shyness. Rhythm and body intuition will be enriched every day. Class is always inspirational and fun.
I – Kick class are designed based on martial arts, improve both physical and mental conditions. Children learn self-defense, self-confidence, improve health and flexibility.
