DYNAMIC STRENGTH

This training program requires the practitioners to try their best to complete the whole session. It is designed to build strength and muscles through a variety of intense group intervals over 50 minutes. The training method is similar to Boot Camp – a hot trend based on the military style of training. The session includes constantly varied functional movements executed across broad modal and time domain in order to improve strength and endurance for the major muscle groups of the body such arms, abs, thighs and butts.
