Mr. Vo Hong Khoi had such an interesting talk with NShape about his journey of practicing. Being worked in healthcare industry for long time, Mr. Khoi really focuses on taking care of health. He stated that exercising is a kind of therapy to maintain health.

“I’ve never thought that I’d be exercising. Coincidently, I’d visited NShape Fitness and after experiencing the change in both health and body, I believe that Gym is the right key to maintain health. With the support of my personal trainer (PT), I rise 9kg in only 2 months, also some health issues including neck pain, shoulder pain, headache or back pain are decreased. Because I’ve never practiced before so I felt really tired at the first time. However, we have to take time to change our habit. It depends on our attitude and attemption.

As being a doctor, I have to be really careful about Gym so I strictly follow the training program that my PT has adviced me. As you know, losing weight is really difficult and so do gaining weight. However, it’s difficult but not impossible. I always visit the gym at 7 PM, work out and lifting regularly but not too hard so that my body can be adapted. More importantly, I focus on the nutrition by adding more food with high protein.

You might think that what I’ve done is not significant yet, but for me it’s a huge change. Exercising is really interesting, you’d better experienced and I’m sure that you will like it.
