NGUYEN PHAM TAN: THE SECRET TO GAIN WEIGHT

From a slim and thin guy, after 5 months training at NShape, Nguyen Pham Tan has built that much to get lean and become more attractive.

It’s hard to believe that Nguyen Pham Tan used to have two types of body: chubby and slim by looking at him in an interview with NShape Fitness. Tan is still a chubby guy until 9th grade, but there’s a sudden change when Tan studied boarding school. He ate less, as a result of changing hormone in adolescent. At this time, Tan only weights 51kg and always feels tired.

Then Tan registered at NShape Fitness with clear initial goal: to be in-shape. Because he hasn’t exercised before, so those first days are really hard. But with his high attemption, Tan has tried that hard to motivate himself: “Exercising is really hard of course, but I will never give up. My personal trainer (PT) is really enthusiastic, he always takes care of and motivates me to continue, to achieve my goal.

Because of having a slim body, his training schedule will focus on main muscles (arm, leg, chest, shoulder…) to increase strength. On the day that not training with PT, Tan still visits NShape as his daily routine and exercises with treadmill. Also, Tan has taken his taste back. He tries to eat less rice, adding more meat, vegetables, fruits and yogurt.

After 5 months trying that hard, Tan has increased to 63kg. His next achievement is to gain more weight (achieving  67kg) to become stronger and get lean. “I think my body is quite okey now, but I want to try more, until I win in the arm wrestling and get 6 packs!”
